I’ve never been particularly blessed in the boob department. In fact, I even considered a professional job around age 20 when I thought I would be stuck with a fairly flat chest forever, but somewhere around my 25th birthday they suddenly grew. Hallelujah!
It then hit me that I’d best be uber-grateful and take extra good care of them in case they decided to run away. Enter my love-affair with this Mio beauty.
Originally under the Mama Mio label, the brand has revamped their look and product range, changing the core name to Mio. But don’t worry, there’s still a fabulous selection of preggy-friendly products in the Mama Mio range. But back to the boobs…
A combination of recent weight-loss (thank you Banting) and all those years of sleeping scrunched up have left my assets a bit diminished and my décolletage rather crêpey of late. Not a fabulous look, so I’ve employed the help of this bust booster to help them on the road to recovery. It provides instant moisture to the entire décolleté and neck area and has a really gorgeous scent, just like all the Mio products. I’m hopeful that the plumping, firming and conditioning ingredients in this cream (omegas, hyaluronic acid and antioxidant Co-enzyme Q10) will help to keep my skin crinkle-free for that much longer and give those fine lines that are creeping in the boot, for a few more years at least. The new formula also contains skin brightening actives to help boost the radiance and tone of your chest area.
I’m a also huge fan of Mio’s ‘no nasties’ policy and love that it’s free from synthetic fragrances and colourants, petrolatum, phtalates and a range of other things (including parabens, if that interests you). Most importantly for me, it isn’t tested on any of the little bunnies I love so much, so I can keep abreast of the situation with a clear conscience. I use it twice a week and it definitely keeps things a little firmer and my skin much smoother. Long may the bliss continue!
Tip There also a special one called Pregnancy Boob Tube (R650) that’s formulated specifically for use during pregnancy, when you really need it!
